How do you want to juice?

After watching the movies, decide for yourself how you want to incorporate juice into your life. I personally drink one or two a day, usually first thing in the morning and as a mid-morning pick-me-up. There are a few key issues to consider when juicing:
  • what kind of juicer to use (more on that later)
  • logistics of how frequently will you juice (needs to be consumed as quickly as possible to maximize nutrients and minimize oxidization)
  • what balance of greens/veggies/fruits will you aim for to make sure your juice is nutritious AND delicious (2 veggies to 1 fruit is good balance... beets and carrots count as a fruit, lemons & limes count as a veggie, the more green the better as it is liquid sunshine - hot!)
  • do you want to do an all out cleanse or just supplement your diet?
  • how can you set yourself up for success when you have to travel or spend time going out to eat with friends?
